The shop We trade, gut, sort and sell from our own shop. There is always a large selection of exciting and fresh seafood delicacies on our ice-bed counter. But we have so much else to offer. The restaurant We cook, poach, fry and bake dishes from all prime fish and shellfish for our own restaurant. A passion for seafood that goes back four generations makes us want to be part of all that makes life a pleasure for those who love seafood.
